We were there for a tournament on site. Hotel was clean, plenty of towels in the room, nice breakfast buffet (and not that expensive). When we checked in the person at the front desk had stepped away for a minute and someone came by to let us know he would be right back. We did not try the dinner, but I hear it is good.

The room was just ok. Signs of wear and tear, fridge didn’t get very cold and the knob to adjust it was missing; would have liked a microwave in the room as the one in the common area was not in full working order. The beds were like laying on bricks and I woke up with migraines each morning. Thankfully I brought my own pillow because the ones provided were lumpy and flat. For the price, I expected better. During tournaments, you’re paying for the convenience. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean so that was a plus.

The staff was wonderful and the check-in and check-out was quick and painless. Unbeknownst to us, there was an event that involved a DJ/karaoke right outside of our window and it was LOUD until 10pm...which is reasonable, but still a bit late for my child who had to be up and ready to go super early. Parking is ALWAYS a mess! The room was clean and orderly, however had soap for the sink was not there and we had to utilize body wash from the shower supplies for both a shower and washing hands...minor issue, but if you want to compare to the big dog hotels, it's in the details like that. Suggestion......a simple sound machine for rooms on the inside. The parking lot side is probably a lot quieter. If you have an event or tournament at Spooky Nook, the convenience is spot on and the restaurant is great!

It put me in the mindset of a really nice college dorm. It was cozy. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice the food was excellent. I just wish they had a pool there.
