Breakfast has a wide selection… view and beach access was wonderful, private , very relaxed… massage was wonderful, very helpful charming staff .. we love it so much
Lovely boutique hotel with own small private sandy beach.
Staff lovely & helpful
Breakfast varied & lovely. Lots of choice.
Had one meal there to watch sunset as ideal
Location
This was also very good .
Room spacious but bathroom a little small
No full length mirror at all & no mirror in bedroom only in bathroom
Bed a little hard but this is normal in Asia
Beautiful views & landscaped grounds.
Very peaceful but easy access to local town
Had a massage day & the best one yet
Overall a very good almost excellent hotel
A hidden property that's far and deep in but rented a car for the trip so was not an issue otherwise heading out might be difficult. Small rooms with very basic amenities. No toothbrush and toothpaste that you have to request. Comfortable bed and pillow which was a plus. Pool was more a place to chill and tan not a full size pool

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was fantastic, with great pool access. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small bar, had to regularly call staff. Only one restaurant, options limited, food quality not the best and staff also had to be called. Location fairly isolated. Spa was exceptional!

Loved the restaurant and the staff working it. Food was amazing and staff were so accommodating and kind.
Shower had low pressure and did not hold consistent water pressure / temperature. We stayed for two nights and requested a replenishment of supplies. No towels were exchanged and we were left no sanitary bags- which I feel there should be plenty considering the resort requests that you do not flush anything down the toilet.
Overall it was a nice stay.
The restaurant staff was very helpful and able to cater for one member of our party that has coeliac disease. For the duration of our stay there were no problems at all.
The location was beautiful and the facilities in good condition. Staff was always helpful. Room for improvement would be the absence of any drawers or shelves to unpack your suitcases to.
Room servicing was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes you got new towels for those you put in the wash, sometimes you only got one or two. Sometimes the minibar would be restocked... sometimes not.
Had a comfy stay in the beachfront, 2bdrm unit. Was great that the kids could have their own bedroom. View out to the beach was beautiful as well as proximity to the restaurant and breakfast. Nice to have our own pool as well.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Housekeeping was consistently poor. Beds were not properly made, towels were placed on unmade beds, trash bins were not emptied, and floors were not cleaned.
• The private plunge pool (a key reason for choosing this room category) was out of order for 2 out of 5 days. One day the pump was not working, and the next day the water was green and cloudy.
• Compensation offered (massage) did not match the issue, as we paid specifically for a pool villa and did not receive a functioning pool for a significant part of the stay.
• Apart from breakfast, all food had to be purchased separately and was priced high compared to the overall experience and maintenance level.
• Staff service was good and friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful, but maintenance and cleaning standards significantly reduced the value for money.
Absolutely beautiful resort! Rooms, beach, and property all beautiful. Quiet and relaxing. All staff so very friendly, kind, and helpful....we especially enjoyed the kitchen, front desk, and driving staff! Food was excellent...location off the beaten path...amazing sunsets!
Beautiful property right on the beach. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. This is a quiet resort that is perfect for relaxing. Location is a bit remote but it is easy to hire a ride to go see the sites.
The villa at The Passage Samui Resort was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and luxurious furnishings and the private pool was the perfect place to relax. Every aspect of my stay was carefully thought out and executed to perfection.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff turn this amazing oceanside resort into something special. The restaurant on site is incredibly delicious. It's not a super walkable area but it is walkable. 11/10 recommend!
Koh samui pool villa resort
The resort's location is fantastic, as it is situated in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui that allowed me to truly unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, and the stunning views of the sea made for a truly serene experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury escape on Koh Samui.
Rooms were clean and airy. Hotel was immaculate. Food was good and lots of choices. The staff friendly and helpful. If you want to go out, you will need to get a taxi for 5 minutes.
Great facilities. Lovely staff. Restaurant very good, nice range of options. Drinks on the beach at sunset- a must. You need a cab to get to other bars , restaurants etc. Very peaceful. Highly recommended.
Wonderful experience with great staff! We arrived 4 hours early after a long flight and they put us in another villa where we could shower and sleep!
We had the 2 bed beach front with pool. Fantastic. A little upgrade on the sofa would be nice ;-)
