I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in last few years and it is always a good experience. The staff is always nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The only criticism I have would be the lack of an onsite restaurant, but there are restaurants close.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The AC wasn’t working and my whole family did not get any sleep. The room was dirty and small and not worth the price. We stayed at a friend’s hotel at the Marriott most of the night since they had a very clean pool and their hotel was nice. The front desk at extended stay of America continued to hang up when we would ask for toilet paper or a question about the AC. Always said no one was available!!!!!

The staff were friendly. The first room I was in had a horrible smell and water was leaking under the floor in the bathroom. I changed rooms - the AC did not work properly and was incredibly loud when it would come on. The bathtub/shower was rundown and did not look the cleanest. It was very late and I was tired, so I didn’t change rooms again, but after bad nights of rest while I was there, I should have tried a different room.
