A safe, clean, comfortable stay always

My family and I repeat this hotel 2-3 a year when traveling through SLP, it has a good location, clean facilities, kind staff, a very complete breakfast included and in a good budget. We don't doubt to spend the night and rest from our roadtrip.

This may not be the newest hotel but I was extremely comfortable here. The staff was excellent and they keep things very clean. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. I’ll definitely come back. The ride to the airport was great as well.

Nice room for the price.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Only issue we had as our shower head was not working and maintenance apparently went to look at it a couple of times and said it was fine. I do have to mention gentleman at the front desk offered to give us a different room but we had so much junk it was not worth it. We normally use this hotel when we travel to SLP mainly because of convenience.

The hotel clean, upon check in our room was missing towels and soaps. We also had a very difficult time trying to schedule the shuttle to the airport.
