Foi minha segunda estadia e foi decepcionante limpeza mal feita, infestação de barata no banheiro, algazarra de clientes no corredor acústico do quarto péssimo ouvia tudo do corredor máquina de ar condicionado e gemidos de acasalamento no andar de cima

A estada foi tranquila, porem me decepcionei com a falta de estacionamento gratuito e tbm com as condições do hotel, um pouco antigo, tinha barata no banheiro tbm e as fotos que vimos na internet eram impecaveis. Voltaria a fica no hotel, mas somente se fosse algo rapido igual a essa viagem.

Estou acostumado a me hospedar em hotéis da rede e essa foi a primeira experiência que considero ruim. Atendimento da recepção foi ruim. No sábado a equipe de limpeza não passou no quarto, mesmo tendo deixado o pedido na porta para a arrumação, fui a recepção quando retornei e fui informado que nao havia mais ninguém e não tinha toalhas limpas para trocarem as nossas. com muita insistência e má-vontade a funcionária da recepção levou 2 toalhas limpas. Café da manhã não dispoe de alternativa para pessoas com dietas restritivas.

Péssima experiência com o hotel

A experiência foi péssima. O check-in era a partir das 14h e quando cheguei no hotel às 14h20, cansado e depois de 12 horas de viagem, não localizavam a minha reserva, e quando conseguiram localizar, os atendentes pediram para fazer a limpeza do quarto errado e ainda tive que esperar para limparem o quarto certo. Acabaram liberando o quarto para eu entrar somente às 15h15. Ainda não deixaram toalha de rosto. Somente as toalhas de banho. Eu tive que pedir no dia seguinte toalha de rosto. Também na sexta-feira à noite ligava para a recepção e não atendiam. Tive que descer e ir na recepção.

Foi uma experiência agradável, o quarto é simples, muito limpo. Atendeu ao que eu esperava. Café da manhã com variedade, organizado, tudo limpo. Fui muito bem servida! Para quem quer um preço mais em conta vale a pena !
