Unique roundhouse construction and great hosts who make your stay enjoyable, share details about the construction and are happy to give tips on the area. They won't let you leave hungry either. We reserved two side-by-side rooms for a family of four. If you find yourself in the area or perhaps taking the scenic route to/from Ottawa - this is an interesting and friendly place to visit for a night or two. We visit this area each summer and will be back.

Very nice BnB, quiet and restful with a pretty well maintained yard with pond. Easy driving access to Bancroft for evening dining options. The breakfast blueberry pancakes and ginger rhubarb jam were both excellent.

Al and Annette are super nice and friendly. Their place is exceptionally clean and the bed's very comfy. Al's home made omelette and toasts are unforgettable. We have planned to visit this place again in the summer for at least two nights. Highly recommend this B&B for everyone, lone travellers or families.

It was a beautiful property with a very unique house. The bedroom was very comfortable and we were welcomed warmly. The hosts were helpful and they served a delicious breakfast in the morning. A walk around the property with the host's snowshoes was delightful. We even got a call showing their concern with our travelling to their home in some poor weather conditions.

This is an idyllic location for a quiet retreat in the heart of beautiful Canadian Shield country. The hosts are very friendly. Best value in a bnb ever! Breakfast was delicious French Toast With perfect texture homemade bread.

We stayed one night in the loon room downstairs, and our bathroom was upstairs. Both were very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable! The property and house were beautiful, but the most memorable part of our stay was meeting Annette, Al and their dog Ginger. Super kind and hospitable, would love to return for a longer stay in the future!

Annette and Al welcomed us upon our arrival, and we couldn't overlook their adorable little dog, Ginger. Annette showed us to our room, which was so cozy and lovely. Al gave us offerings for breakfast the next morning. This property is truly a gem. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for strolling through the beautiful gardens, where the flowers are simply gorgeous. We enjoyed a nightcap on the patio and had a wonderful night's sleep, feeling right at home. Al prepared his famous blueberry pancakes for breakfast. They were undoubtedly the best pancakes we've ever tasted, so light and fluffy! If you seek peace and tranquillity, this is the perfect place. Annette and Al are truly wonderful people; it feels as though we've known them forever. They are very talented; Annette is a quilter, and Al does scroll work. We purchased from their gift shop. It's always a pleasure to support local artisans who pour their heart and soul into their work.
