The hotel was lovely, food excellent and staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Highly recommended!
The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses before our first even arrived but the servers were not concerned. We were served rock solid bread with our fondue, which i questioned as i did not know this was the french way. The waitress was rude and would not provide me with soft bread. We complained about the waitress and the service at the end of the evening to a waitress wearing a pink suit who was understanding. She agreed to inform the manager in the morning. However when we went to speak with this manager in the morning, it turned out to be the same rude waitress from the night before. She denied being rude and said we were wrong. We managed to get our dinner written off the bill, as it should have happened. But we left with no proper apology. I would not reccomend.

On y reviendra
Achei bem injusto
15 mins drive from megeve's princess ski lift. Cozy hotel with lots of character. great view of the Mont Blanc from our room. Nearest ski rental is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Cheese room/menu and restaurant menu were really good too. Located in a ver quiet area if you feel like relaxing after a day skiing. There was no swimming pool during the winter.

Ski resort.
Small rooms, with rustic furnitures (plenty of nails ), nice balcony with amazing view. Toilet was very cold, bathroom was good. Spa was a sauna and jacuzzi that was not too much for 4 stars. Kitchen was good, staff was kind, but ...
Ski resorts was about 30 mins by car.
