Hotel located in the middle of an old neighborhood with only a convenient store available a few blocks away; did not feel safe at night in this area. Multiple taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel. Small coffee shop downstairs but both days I was there it was closed. On second day internet failed...Next day after check-in, my bank contacted me to tell me there was a fraud attempt against my credit card. While I can't say with certainty the hotel is responsible, here are the facts: 1) fraud attempt was made by someone in Mexico; 2) I had not used my credit card in Mexico for over a month; 3) the fraud attempt happened immediately the next morning after checking-in to this hotel...Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again!

La habitación es muy pequeña no tienes espacio para nada y el baño con mucho ongo de que no hay una limpieza adecuada.

Es un horror este hotel, tienen las tuberías podridas y te quedas sin agua, te dan 5 litros de agua en una cubeta para que te bañes y la administres. Además son mentirosos, te prometen dar solución y lo único que te dan son otros 5 litros de agua. Y la habitación no tiene lo que promete. Nunca volvería ahí ni porque me regalaran noches de cortesía. !!!!

El hotel, NO se encuentra en la Av. Chapultepec, sino a unas 10 cuadras de ese lugar... en otra zona (algo fea). A las 11:59 a. m. en punto "me invitaron" a dejar la habitación del hotel... (no es agradable la invitación)

Lugar muy agradable y cerca del centro La habitación que me tocó tenía una grieta por la ventana y los días de lluvia se filtraba el agua, también es excusado tenía mucho sarro en el depósito de agua, esto evitaba que se llenará y tenía que levantar la tapa para ayudar a que se llenara
