Excellent hotel and very convenient to stadium

Everything was absolutely perfect. Very convenient to the stadium for a concert or game. Could not have been in a better area with lots to do within walking distance to anything you need. Just great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful too!

Loved everything about this property, location, service, style of hotel and rooms. Loved how they provide fresh water and lemonade throughout the day. Being gluten free and dairy free, they were very accommodating at the restaurant. Only negative was, I felt the room and everywhere was clean, except inside the bed we found hair. We did not bring this up to the staff, as we were only there for one night and it was already too late in the evening to change rooms or sheets.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought this was necessary. It's very noisy if you are on the side of the giant stadium just outside your window. Our toilet did not flush. There was nothing open in the hotel past 11pm to get anything. A snack, water, toothpaste etc. The staff was not very helpful.

The hotel is safe and way many staff there to keep an eye on anyone who walks in. Location is in uptown/new city, close to the big mall and the Quito central park (Parque Carolina). No microwave access is very inconvenient. Arrival after midnight and trying to get hot drinkable water takes 10 minutes for the staffer to get the bottle filled. No concierge service available means they only target the business people, not tourists. Checking in after midnight the front desk lady showed slightly impatient trying to get me away ASAP when I asked a few questions. No email address available to communicate before arrival. When booking I indicated I wanted a quiet room upstairs. But they assigned me a room on 1st floor. When I persisted a room on higher floor, the front desk lady relented. Some staffers' English level was not proficient.
