Overall, it is an excellent property, and the staff is very helpful, nice, and lovable. Food, amenities, the pool area, excellent, Filigrana restaurant over the top!. My only note is that the hotel will very soon need to be touched up. Location is gorgeous.

I had a great time at the Catalonia. I enjoyed the buffet & the staff was very attentive, professional, polite & friendly. I loved the buffet in the morning & it was a perfect idea to locate the restaurent on the 5th floor because the view on Avenida Washington was magnificent. I love the Catalonia, it was very nice. I enjoyed myself.

The hotel and the staff was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and anything I asked for they tried to accommodate me. Even though I couldn't speak any Spanish they go someone who could translate or they tried they best for both of to understand. The hotel, pool and gym was very clean. The room was clean, and housekeeping checked on me to assure that I was comfortable and had what I needed to make my stay amazing. I would have like if drinks was included in the room, not just water. Also it would be nice if the hotel offered transportation to and from the hotel with your stay. Over all the stay was amazing and when I return I shall stay again.
