Disappointing

Not what it used to be. I stayed here many times a few years back. The place used to have personality and service. The bedding was horrible, luckily I had my own in the car and brought it upstairs. The pillows where lousy beyond description. The light turns on stadium bright in the bathroom - very annoying when you want to go back to sleep at 4am. Very noisy from the street at night. No toiletries except hand soap/shampoo - all in all extremely stingy vibe. Breakfast was terribly boring and the coffee machine must be cleaned at least - the coffee was undrinkable. I will not come back, and now understand why my mother wondered why I had recommended the place to her. It’s simply not up to the mark- and finally they send waaay to many emails ahead of the stay for self check in…

Not a good experience

I did a late booking because I knew the hotel. I did not get any link/sms with pin etc and the contact to customerservice was complicated - took 40 min to get all solved just before midnight I was installed in a different building from before, and the information was extremely poor. There was a terrible smell in the building and the quality of the room was way lower than expected. Last, there was no code for getting in to the building the following morning for breakfast Not a good experience, and I am not going there again, even it’s a good location for me 1-2 nights a week I am very satisfied with hotels.com 👍

Vi har boet hos Jer i samme lejlighed mange gange. Vil sige at den trænger til et eftersyn. Stuk er ved at falde ned i stuen. Køkken mangler at blive opdateret med service og bestik.

Det var ikke så godt lydisolerede og gardinerne lignede nogen, der snart ville falde ned. Desuden ret utydeligt hvordan indtjekning og udtjekning foregik. Men ellers super fint.

Sentralt i Gråsten

Sentralt plassert leilighet midt på torget i Gråsten. Vi hadde god plass med eget soverom og kjøkken. Også fint å ha bad og WC hver for seg.

Fantastisk utsikt i flotte Gråsten

Vi bodde i anneks avdelingen til hotellet og hadde en leilighet der. Flott beliggende med utsikt over slottsjøen og flotte Gråsten Slot. Leiligheten er godt utstyret og velegnet til ett lengre opphold. Rent og pent i leiligheten, ligger dog på 3 etg og mange trapper opp.

Hej overordnet set, er lejlighederne gode, selvom de er ældre. Vedrørende rengøring, må der gerne bruges et redskab, til at fjerne spindelvæv.

Central Gråsten and nice room. Only staff at the hotel was the cleaning/breakfast staff, but they were nice and helpfull.

Never staying there again

The room was not clean. It was worn and the furniture was scruffy. The smoke alarm had been removed from the room. You could here people walking around in the other rooms and the noise from the street was very clear. The hall way smelled, was dirty and there were mold on the windows . The breakfast was terrible. The bread was uneatable.

Godt sted til transit

En simpel overnatning, med automatiske låse. Dog savner man at møde nogen som har noget med hotellet at gøre. Byen er stille om dagen, og knallert bande om natten.
