Home away from home

Great location close to the main square and wawel castle. Apartment very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Didn't have any faults. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and i would stay here again. Lovely cafe few minutes walk away called gossip does excellent breakfast and the Indian restaurant was really good for food. Close to bus stop that takes you to salt mines and the factory outlet shopping centre

Great deal

The only problems we had were that the towel bar heater wouldn’t turn on and the AC seems like it needs to be cleaned or serviced. This hotel is a short walk on the other side of the river. The door man was helpful and nice. The place is small but perfect for a couple on a short stay.

It was lovely. Very clean. I expected more than one room but the apartment was one big room with a bathroom which was fine. The apartment staff are lovely and always quick to answer any messages, and the location of the property is fairly centred between the main centre and the Jewish quarter which are both a 15 minute walk away, but doesn’t feel that long, especially after getting used to the route. Unfortunately the kettle didn’t work but not an issue at all, if we really wanted a cuppa, we’d just boil water on the hob. Overall, the apartment was great and if I return in the future, I’d definitely book again.

Sentral beliggenhet og helt grei leilighet med utstyr som trengtes på kjøkken. God seng på soverom, ikke så bra sovesofa på stue. Gulvene var veldig skitne, vi vaska de selv! Mye bråk utenfor fra kl 0500 om morgenen, kunne ikke lukke vindu pga at radiator var veldig varm og ikke mulig å skru av! Så ble litt lite søvn. Men Krakow er en flott by å besøke.

Fieldhouse apartments

Be careful as we booked with Fieldhouse apartments and was given an address but when the instructions came it had a different address which I didn’t notice so we got dropped off at the original apartment and when we couldn’t gain entry we ran the emergency number and there was no answer to help us. We was advised to email on the voicemail which we did. There was no reply at all then we noticed they had put us one of the other apartments which was 12 mins walk away at 1am in the morning. We was just happy it wasn’t raining. Also they could highlight the new address more if they place you somewhere else than you original booking to help on misunderstandings. Overall after that the apartment was more than adequate and clean but we had no maid service for the full 5 days. I would book again but just be more aware next time

Friendhouse Appartments

The apartment was modern, very clean, light and comfortable. It was situated about a 10 minute walk from the main square and castle, with all the sights, shops, restaurants and bars. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport, which was arranged by Royal Cracow who also arranged our trip to Auschwitz, which is a must. Again we were picked up and dropped off at our apartment and had an excellent English speaking guide. We would definitely recommend the apartment, the only slight downside was the entrance was off a courtyard which could do with a tidy up.

This apartment was not at all what was advertised! Luxury it was NOT! When we arrived they tried to separate our family into two apartments blocks away from each other. Once we resolved that, we walked into the apartment and it was not clean. All in all this was not a good experience.

Very central

Great for all amenities and only 5 mins walk to square, castle , the apartments are a good central base. Clean and tidy and warm once we knew how to work the heating, could do with a little updated in bits. Shower is broken and only the little head works so water keeps pouring out the hose. We had 2 night of peaceful sleep then our neighbours arrived and were very noisy, with screaming and shouting, loud music and thought it would be fun to stand outside our door and smoke so when you left the apartment the main close smells of smoke, not nice. Thanks for the cold beer.
