Staff was great. The property is a bit run down and the pool was not very clean but a lot of people were swimming in it. The price was really great for 5 nights and we were happy with our choice in the end.

Es un poco antiguo todo, pero limpio. Las camas y las almohadas son cómodas. Las albercas están calentitas. El personal es muy amable. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Hay muchas cosas cerca, súper, restaurantes, etc…

Se veían que no limpian las habitaciones, cuando llegamos a bajo de las camas había envoltorios de huéspedes anteriores y un cepillo, las regaderas no tenían agua caliente, las reportamos y nos dijeron que tardaba un rato en salir y nunca salió, la perilla del baño ya no servía bien y un familiar se quedó atorado en el baño y no podíamos sacarlo y tuvieron que romper la perilla, la televisión no prendía, ya que el cable no llegaba al conector y esa el único conector cerca, el personal si trataba de ser atento, pero si nada de lo anterior los afecta, porque casi no están en el hotel, está bien
