Really nice hotel!

A very nice hotel that is really close to the metro. There’s also a supermarket close by and some fast food options. It was really easy to get into the heart of Madrid and to get to the Bernabéu for the footy. Would stay here again, and definitely worth considering!

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to estadio bernabéu so my daughter and I could walk to the Taylor Swift concert and not worry about taxi’s etc. We had a suite which was very large and lovely with a huge terrace. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not very stylish or modern but it is certainly very clean and typical Spanish. If we were not going to the stadium this would not be my first choice of locations in Madrid, but that being said there is a metro station just a 1 minute walk away and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. This was a perfect stay for the occasion and the hotel staff couldnt have been better.

I had good experience staying there. The room was clean, quiet, spacious. The location is very convenient for everything. The staff were nice and helpful. There was a problem with a broken sofa bed on the first night. Multiple staff members came to help and could not fix it. They moved us to a different room which has a broken window. We had to move to yet another room. With all the trouble, we lost more than a hour of rest time late in the night.

The staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. The hotel is located next to a metro stop that can take you anywhere you want in Madrid. The area around the hotel is active but it is not considered a destination for shopping or food or any attraction. The things I didn't like about the hotel but no big deal: the bed sheets were old and leave residues on your clothes. No USPs anywhere in the room. TV channels were very limited.
