Very run down, dated, unclean. stains on the bed spreads, dirt on the furniture, actually looked like marijuana shake, open window on first floor did not lock, sticky floor in bathroom, gross carpet, smelled awful, no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. The staff was very nice

Don't plan on getting breakfast at 9:30am. We were told breakfast was until 10am. Went down at 9:30am. Everything was empty and they had no intention of stocking. Toilet paper holder was in the most awkward spot. Literally needed to lean sideways to reach it. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Hotel was definitely outdated. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly however wasn't impressed that her trainee was sucking on a lollipop while checking us in. Housekeeping was friendly.

The lobby was freezing when we arrived, which wasn't terrible because we weren't there long. But the heat was totally off in our room when we got there (not just turned down) so it was also FREEZING. It took a bit for it to warm up. The exterior door in our hallway wasn't locked, we didn't need to use our key to enter the building at all, which wasn't ideal. There was a keypad on the door, must be it just didn't work? The room was nice, other than initially cold, and the breakfast was decent.
