Good property and location but not so good service

The stay was good,however service can improved and responsiveness. Location is excellent. Check in at front desk at different tower where we had walk through the parking to get our tower. It was hot and humid. Would recommend considering fixing the above mentioned comments.

باب الغرفة لايفتح من خلال الكرت من اول ما استلمت الغرفة وايضاً الخزنة لاتعمل وحضروو فنيين لتصليح الباب و الخزنه على مدى طول اليوم و يفترض ان يتم فحض كل الغرفة قبل اعطائها لنزيل اخر و ايضاً وقت الدخول بياناتي لم تكن بالسستمم حسب قولهم و ان الموظف لم يقم بأدخال الحجز بنظامهم و الخطء منهم مما تأخر دخولي ساعة كاملة

Great value and location

Excellent apartments conveniently located for a marina and lagoon. Could do with more staff at check in to avoid ques and also put hair dryers in the room but otherwise fantastic value for. Money compared with other services apartments
