Expedia also needs to be more transparent about what floor an apt is on. Fifth floor walk up was revealed by the manager on her shrill call, saying not her job to inform “agency” of such information. The apt was ok the experience was dismal.

Great view, comfort in the old city.

Come ready to pound the hills - Porto is a great place to get fit just walking around! This apartment was right in the western part of the old town and gives a GREAT authentic feel of what makes Porto special - narrow, steep winding medieval streets and stairways. Apartment itself is modern, air-conditioned and has a great view west over the river. I would stay here again!

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht, sogar Kaffee, Tee, Salz und Zucker wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, Müll wurde entleert, Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig (fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, für größere Entfernungen: Züge vom Bahnhof Sao Bento - ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar) und der Ausblick von den oberen Stockwerken ist fantastisch. Das Einzige was recht unangenehm auffiel, war ein muffiger Geruch im Treppenhaus, im Apartment ließen wir die Fenster stets geöffnet. Die Anreise (sowie Abreise) mit Koffern war eine Herausforderung - hügelige Gegend, steile gepflasterte Straßen und kein Aufzug in der Unterkunft...

Nous avons effectué un séjour de 4 jours. Le ménage n'a jamais été fait. A notre arrivé nous avions une serviette de bain par personne, j'ai du insister pour en avoir une seconde .... Draps du lit tâchés, poussière un peu partout et surtout des cafards ! Et pas des petits ( photos a l'appui ). Aucune insonorisation, du bruit toute la nuit jusqu'à 3h du matin. Les travaux des 8h30 le matin.... Si vous avez une voiture il est tres difficile de trouver de la place et c'est payant. L'immeuble etant en hauteur, il est fatiguant a la longue d'y accéder. Bref, pour le même prix vous trouverez bien mieux. A éviter

no sink plug for washing up, and slight smell of smoke from previous guests smoking when they shouldn't. Otherwise good location. Builders working nearby woke us at 8 one morning with drilling, but otherwise it was ok.

This Porto apartment was a wonderful gem, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We were here in September 2018, and the weather was perfect. The 4th floor unit provides the most spectacular view of the Duoro River, and I was amazed how closeby this apartment was to the city center. Thank you Sofia!

Excelente apartamento. Muy bien equipado y decorado. Es de destacar la eficiencia y cordialidad de su manager Sofìa Ferreira. Si bien esta muy bien ubicado, hay que tener en cuenta que esta en un lugar muy elevado por lo cual se complica al subir con maletas. Buen wifi.

Situation parfaite et vue splendide sur le Douro

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel pendant 6 jours pour visiter Porto et ses environs. Il est à 50m du centre historique, du tramway 1 (pour aller voir l’océan) et du Douro. Il est vraiment pratique pour tout faire à pied. Le studio au 3ième étage est lumineux, spacieux pour 2 personnes, bien équipé, calme et avec une superbe vue sur le Douro. Pour les transferts entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel nous avons demandé à l’hôtel de nous organiser le taxi (La station de métro est un peu loin). Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour jusqu’à 20h pour profiter pleinement de notre journée. En conclusion, je le recommande.

A tired but happy traveler

The location and view were perfect. Everything is updated and nice. Be sure to contact the manager as to when you might arrive or you may be sitting there for hours. The apartment was 80 stair steps up. Be sure to pack light or ask for a lower apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Flusses und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch Kaffee und Tee wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war super nett und hat uns sogar einen Ausflug organisiert.
