We stayed for two nights and had a great time! Both rooms were clean and had great views. The pool was amazing! It was so big and even had a little bar area in the pool to sit and order drinks. The beach access had a nice wide path with like a wooden bridge to the beach. The front desk staff were so accommodating and friendly. Hotel offers umbrella and chair rentals reasonably priced that we took advantage of to relax in the shade. We didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant but that’s something I’m excited to try on our next stay. Overall had an amazing time and I do plan to stay again! Thank you peninsula staff for making our trip so awesome!

I arrived late in the evening around 12:00 AM to check in and the receptionist Rey was really caring and informative. He was understanding of how tired I was and got me checked in really quick. Room smelled great for being in a humid area. The rooms are very spacious and the pool was pretty nice. For being on the first floor, the room was very quiet all night and I never heard the upstairs neighbors. I really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying here again. The water was a bit cold in the morning haha but great if you need to wake up fast! Normal for this time of the year though given that they turn off the boilers to be eco friendly during non-peak seasons.

Walking up to and into our room was a little intimidating in the dark as there were literally only TWO cars in the entire parking lot. The place was EMPTY until Saturday. Once we got in the room, the room was good. Staff had to come and change out our fridge as it didn't cool but they corrected it immediately. The pool was excellent and beach access was good. Was not impressed you had to pay extra for a chair at the beach. Restaurant closed at 8pm along with the bar. Staff was friendly!

First thing you’ll notice is that the parking is for some of the front desk so you have to walk to the front desk and then they’ll use a golf cart to take you back to get your stuff and back to your room and after that you’ll be walking. Next the rooms are dated and not well-maintained. A couch we had had holes all over the back. The bedframe was showing stains and just overall cosmetic details that were not taken care of and seems like they’re just trying to sweep it under the rug. Everything has a cheap motel feel to it. They have a huge box with drinks and snacks with the menu for prices on any of the snacks which are about five dollars apiece. I’m not sure why they do that without asking because if feels like a cheap upsale for a resort. Other then that the pool was nice and it was close to the beach and they have what you need to enjoy the beach and be very comfortable and feel a bit secluded for a family day
