The location was excellent, the whole stay was excellent. The only issues we had in our apartment was the bedding looked a bit out of date and could have had a more modern pattern, and none of the towels actually matched.

Very clean and updated to good standards. I highly recommend to anyone. We stayed with young children and felt safe and well attended to. Transfers from and to the airport were easily handled by the owner and very affordable. The place was lovely. It could use sunlight blocking drapes in the outer bedroom due to the early summer dawn and white nights. The 3 flights of stairs isn't for the faint of heart, but wasn't a problem for us. Security seemed excellent. The neighborhood is residential in nature and safe. Close to many key areas and if you are comfortable walking a bit, like we were, then almost the entire city is within walking distance. Highly recommend for the value oriented traveler!

Close in location. But had to walk up four flights of stairs several times with luggage at least once. Sergei the driver was nice and went the extra mile by taking us back to airport and walking up with us to figure out the codes and the key.

Saint Petersburg apartment

Best location in saint Petersburg. Close to main train station and central saint Petersburg. Walking distance to alot of the main tourist attraction. Service was excellent, and room comfy. Great for a group of 5 to 6 people.

Апартамент был забронирован более чем за 2 месяца. Но в него заселили кого-то ещё. Так что 10 раз подумайте прежде чем бронировать данные апартаменты. Хорошо хоть предложили другой вариант проживания (одна ночь в гостинице + одна ночь у них в апартаментах) - поэтому результирующая оценка не 1, а твёрдая 2.

Great location

We were given arrival instructions from Olga via email - access codes etc and our arrival at the apartment was quick and hassle free. The apartment was on the top floor of a block of flats and was only accessible by stairs, no lift. It had two bedrooms, both with double beds and a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen/living room was a good size - plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. The location of the apartment was great - a short walk to St Isaac's Cathedral and the main shopping area of St Petersburg, everything was easily accessible.

Very friendly and helpful staff who manage this nice, clean apartment. The location is very central, in walking distance to many attractions but the apartment is still quiet and comfortable.

Clean and nice courtyard. We were met at the gate to be let in and shown around.

We were pleased with the area. Our shuttle let us out at St Issac's and we thought we would need a cab to get there. That was not necessary at all. We used the local grocery, nail salon next door was a highlight. The workers were GREAT. My daughter got a hair cut, one got a pedi and I got my nails done. Great Price and nice people. I think I left a blue ear ring. :(. Kids loved it and we felt super safe the whole time there. My mom had a little trouble with stairs but our sweet host placed a chair for her on the second level for her to rest on way up.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment, conveniently located

Olga's apartment was perfect for my family of 4, but it would also work for 2 couples. The 2 bedrooms are cozy, but comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished with a microwave, small stove and fridge. The clothes washer is a late model German machine. The apartment is conveniently located, 3 blocks between St. Isaacs and the Mariinsky Theater in a neighborhood where coffee shops, stores and restaurants cater to locals. The 1913 restaurant is a gourmet delight without being too pricey. The Hermitage and the Peterhof hydrofoils are in walking range or take the #10 bus 4 stops.. Olga also arranged for a taxi from the airport and another to the train station. The 4 flights of stairs means the place is not handicap accessible.

Скромные, но удобные апартаменты, есть всё необходимое: фен, утюг, посуда, плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина, даже щетки и рожки для обуви. Удобная кровать, чистое белье, место тихое, wi fi работает отлично. Хорошее местоположение, пешком можно дойти до многих достопримечательностей, но метро не близко. Зато масса магазинов и кафе в шаговой доступности. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Вежливые люди, помогают по любому поводу, все объясняют. Очень хорошее впечатление.

отличное месторасположение!

Жили на верхнем этаже, номер отличный, сначала расстроились что горячей воды нет, но оказалось что её просто надо слить сначала. Расположение просто класс, до ключевых объектов можно дойти пешком
