Propaganda enganosa (e sem suporte da Hoteis.com)

Não havia necessidade de pegar chaves do apto em local diferente da estadia - o proprietário não se deu ao trabalho de entrar em contato por email ou telefone para poupar tempo e dinheiro (Uber). O descaso continuou, com instruções enviadas pelo proprietário contendo senha errada de WiFi. A cama de armar era extremamente desconfortável e comportava apenas uma pessoa (a reserva foi feita para casal), sem lençol de forrar e com pequena coberta para solteiro suja/manchada. Não havia produtos de higiene pessoal conforme estipulado no anúncio, exceto água com um pouco de sabão líquido. Um rolo e meio de papel higiênico foi deixado para um casal com reserva para três dias e meio. A sujeira do quarto era aparente, incluindo fezes de inseto/pequeno animal. Após noite sem dormir (eu no sofá e meu namorado na cama, pois o sofá era ainda menor para ele dormir), o suporte estrangeiro do Hoteis.com não conseguiu entrar em contato com proprietário para saber porque ele não retornou minhas tentativas de contato e orientou que reservássemos outra acomodação. Após eu ter reservado nova hospedagem a Hoteis.com informou que havia crédito de $100,00, para ser usado no mesmo dia com outra acomodação. Resumindo: não cogite hospedagem nessa acomodação que fornece propaganda enganosa acobertada pela Hotels.com (que simplesmente lava as mãos, deixando o cliente desprotegido).

Ani dream ani Loft. Tragiczne lozko!!!!

Łozko, ktore jest rozkladana wersalka trzeszczaca, miekka i po nocy na nim wstajesz polamany i z bolem plecow.Odpadajaca klamka w drzwiach od lazienki. Odpadajace drzwiczki w zamrazalniku, szafa w ktorej stoi mop i absolutnie nie pelni funkcji szafy.Fotel, na ktorym brzydzisz sie usiasc. Obsluga, ktora przez 3 godziny nie odebrala 5 telefonow i dopiero telefon z serwisu hotels.com odebrali. Jedynie lokalizacja w porzadku

Obiekt nie grzeszy czystością , brak W-FI . Przescieradło w koleze granatowym ( nie wiadomo czy jest czyste) brak dwóch jednkowych naczyń . Telewizor nieczynny. Do godz.13-tej nie można sie dodzwonić pod numer ze strony.

Inconvenient checkin and baffling aircon

The pick up for the keys is hard to find and a long walk to the flat. It then took a while to find the entrance, climb over the guy repolishing the stairs and unlock the door covered in plastic to keep out the dust. Inside is much better - huge but under furnished living room and v fancy air-conditioning. But no instructions so took about 10 minutes of guesswork to operate! Tiny and under equipped kitchen but lots of near places to eat. V small bedroom with no air-conditioning and slightly synthetic bedding. Great location but not yet a really great option

Modern and spacious!

Fantastic flat with very good localisation. Modern and comfortable design. I would say like for such a lovely flat shower could be little bit more clever....but overall my stay there was definitely pleased. Please be prepared that keys collection is in totally different place so better call them before your check in start so you not loosing time...like I did :/
