Personal was pleasant, helpful, the room was small.
It was fine for us. Provided an small refrigerator, it was helpful.
Just hot , it only had a fan.
Other than that it was confortable.
Closed to train station, just steps away, close to stores .
Minutes away from casco viejo and plaza nueva.

Great value hotel in beautiful Begona city
Had a lovely overnight stay with two children. Friendly service and a great location but parking was full so had to pay at a nearby multi-storey.

Wir haben Bilbao als ehemalige Industriestadt als aufstrebende Kulturstadt erlebt.
Uns hat die hervorragende Baskische Küche sehr geschmeckt.
Das Hotel bietet ein sauberes kleines Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Balkon und sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Great location, walkable, near to station amd tourit office. No aircon and was quite hit when we were there. A small fan supplied but it didn't do anything. Some sleepless nights due to heat.
