A great location for the Gare du Nord which is around 5 minutes walk away so a late arrival or an early depart makes this hotel ideal, small but clean rooms with a reasonable size and again clean bathroom, eateries close by so again ideal for a late Eurostar arrival.

Nice stay with great service at the front desk and a solid breakfast. Convenient location near Gare du Nord made traveling from London very easy.Walkable Room was a little bit small, but very clean and updated.

Convenient location. Lobby is very chic, the room was cute albeit small. The bathroom could use a renovation. The paint was peeling in many places and the shower leaked water. It was pretty clean too. The personnel was nice except one girl who could not print my boarding pass and told me to go somewhere else. The worst part - is the noise. My room looked onto Blvd Magenta and the noise was unbearable, with the closed windows it was like they were open and the sirens, cars, super busy city noise was too much.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

Ok stay

The stay was ok, and the staff was very friendly and nice, where the hotel needs to improve is in keeping their facilities well maintained, we noticed mold on the ceiling and some wear and tear. The breakfast was good, we just recommend that the owners invest in keeping the property in good condition.

The hotel is stunning and well located near to Gare du Nord (making it an easy location to get nearly anywhere in Paris on foot or metro). The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us get checked in and up to our room quickly. The lobby area was very stylish and smelt very good! The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and the room looked great and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Ideal of arriving from Eurostar. Room was nice but bathroom really let it down, painted tiles which were peeling were very uninviting. 2nd room I booked for my colleague the bathroom was much better but the shower didn’t work.

I really liked the modern lobby area as well as the room we stayed in, but WAY too small. If you are travelling from overseas, please bring a small carry-on luggage. The washrooms could use a bit of an upgrade especially the showers...very hard to maneuver around (and I am petite) and water was constantly getting all over the floor which was quite bothersome. There was also quite a bit of noticeable black mold all around the window area...I'm hoping the hotel can look into that...

If you want a place with a bed that’s easy walking distance (slightly uphill) to Paris Gare Du Nord this is the only good thing I have to say. Room was the size of a walk-in closet. If you are overweight, bring a shoehorn to fit into the shower. No control over room temperature. In addition to the typical room light control activated by a keycard all the light switches have timers that turn off the room lights when least expected! I believe in energy conservation, but this is ridiculous. Arrived late evening, gentleman who checked us in was surly and no help with our luggage. We expected better for the price paid.
