Room was great as was the location. Second time and it is always great. Only issue is the evening bar closes at 10:00 and fellow behind would not serve us at 10:03. Very disappointing as this was quite different than first trip.

Great location next to centre of town and Duomo area. 10 minutes by taxi from Siena rail station. Lots of very good small local restaurants within a few hundred metres. Good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfasts very much.

Ok stay the hotel feels a bit dated, it doesn’t have the usual high standards you get from other NH hotels. Gym lacks machines, no towels or water available from the gym. Breakfast lady not so helpful. Reception team was lovely.

Little desapontes. Arrived and wait almost 1/2 hour at Front desk. Check out was the same only one person at front desk. Valet took 25 min to bring my car. Service room no answer the phone. Hotel have a short staff.

It was filthy. The property was impressive when we first entered the main foyer and the staff was friendly. However, once we hit the elevator button, conditions were horrible. Holes in the ceilings, and a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, and our room made our skin crawl. It was beyond filthy and it looked like someone had a major 'fluid problem' that ended up on the floor and walls. Our bathroom smelled profusely of urine. I didn't dare take a shower...

Zero stars. Staff said restaurant and bar would be open and never was. Air condition did not work. Balcony door wouldn’t lock and they moved us to another smaller room. Supposed to receive a refund for the difference and still working on getting it.
