lovely friendly helpful staff, and the gentleman that was on reception when we arrived was most welcoming cheerful and spoke excellent English. the hotel is well located 2 mins walk to shops restaurants and bars and the town itself is about 10 min drive to ski slopes. the hotel was clean comfortable and charming with a superb restaurant, some parts in need of a little up-dating but overall depicts its architectural decade, and the musical entertainment and free aperitif was most enjoyable!

Perfect for the Casino
We stayed on this hotel for a wedding, the service is great and the staff extremely friendly. The rooms are small and have all the necesary to stay for a calm night, still beds are extra small and pillows quite akward, still it is a nice place.

Petit dejeuner buffet assez cher.

(panne)..
Very friendly hotel with great location in a quiet location the hart of the town which is itself located in a fantastic area.
Attention to details gives to the hotel a personnal touch (children play room, silent hydrolic lift, signed art in various places) which is very pleasant.
The high end TV-entertainment system was unfortunatly limited by a general failure of the Hotel internet access.
The Wifi failure was the only small downside of that stay.
Unless you specifically want to visit this small and charming town, I would not recommend that you book at this hotel. It is about an hour drive from the main highway coming from the South (Montpelier), and goes over very dangerous terrain (sharp cliffs, ice on the road - in July -, fog, etc.).
Also, once I arrived, the gentleman at the counter did not understand that I had an Expedia booking (although he was nice and kind after I explained to him the situation).
