The Breakfast muffins were fresh baked every morning. A/c Heat unit worked great. Place was just perfect and the owners could not have been nicer or more acomodating. Will go back again and again.

The breakfast was ok - cereal, muffin & coffee, but everything else was so so good - great location for visiting all attractions on the Cape. The rooms are totally updated and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for your visit to the area. Seems that everyone who was there was a recurring visitor. Will definitely stay there again.

We arrived early and were able to check in. The people were very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. I was happy to see the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The grounds had beautiful plantings and we could walk around it for exercise. A nearby food store was very helpful.

Comfortable, clean motel for stay in Brewster, MA.

We were very pleased with the clean, updated room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, two areas with sinks for a couple to get ready. Only criticism would be that the office, breakfast area needs to be redone - musty odor.
