Disappointing

When a typical Brazzaville rainstorm occurred, my room flooded and had to be mopped out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. The chafing dishes containing 'hot' items had no warming and the food was ice cold - eggs, everything. Dinners were good on quantity, average to poor on quality. Closets had only 4-5 old bent wire hangers - no pants or suit hangers. On checkout the network wasn't working to process credit cards!

Cool and Simple

A good deal for a 3.5 stars hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpfull. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent. Overall you get what you pay for, and it is downtown.

Wonderful, place to stay!

This hotel provided a wonderful quiet relaxing time as we were leaving Congo. The pool was perfect. The free breakfast had as many choices of hot and clod items as any I've ever seen. The free airport shuttle was great. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. They automatically upgraded us to a Superior room and allowed us to have a late check out without charge. I have already recommended this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brazzaville. I also have to say that Hotel.com had the best price for this hotel!
