Cleanliness in the room could’ve been a little better. The pool also needed some cleaning. Staff was friendly especially the young lady at the pool bar. Overall it was a nice quiet hotel and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean with a nice view. The hotel has an easy access to El Poblado. The only small issue we noticed was that the pool/jacuzi area did not appear as clean as the rest of the property, With a bit more attention to the pool maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect.

This hotel is GEM! The physical environment is well kept. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. The room had HOT water and the towels were clean and plush! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is womderful and the beach is quick and short walk from the hotel. Safety was top notch. This is a very good place to chill and relax.
