Fabulous location and a great price, very authentic especially the entrance and stairways are very soviet era but the apartment is far more modern and comfy with everything you could need (even toiletries) Only drawback is there is no lift and apt 8 is on the third floor We would be very happy to return if we come back to Warsaw

The property was above my expectation: the cleaning ness and location right on the Royal Way, 300 m to Old Town square where all historical places, palaces, restaurants, and shops are located. The building itself is quite amazing. Old, well build, with thick walls so you cannot hear the crowd that walks day and night under the windows. Very comfortable, and secure, including everything that is necessary: toilets, coffee, tea, sugar, towels, wifi, tv, coffee machine, washer, refrigerator, induction stove, with all pots, china, everything! Absolutely amazing place. I enjoyed it very much. The host is very intelligent, polite, and easy to communicate. One issue: I could not figure out if the expresso machine is working, but there was an electric pot and two types of coffee provided. Highly recommended!

La dueña del apartamento fue muy amable. Resolvió todas nuestras dudas por email. Tuvimos que cambiar la hora de llegada y no supuso ningún problema. El apartamento está en perfecto estado. Limpio y cómodo. Es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Bien equipado, quizás se eche de menos un microondas, pero no es algo indispensable. El apartamento carece de ascensor, por lo que hay que subir con las maletas. A nosotros no nos supuso un problema, pero es algo a tener en cuenta. Está magníficamente situado a 300 metros de la columna de Segismundo y del Castillo.

Fantastic flat in the heart of Warsaw

Amazing flat right in the heart of town. On third floor, so not for the less mobile. Iwona left everything I could need -- WiFi, washing machine and tablets, dishwasher, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc. I felt so at home I didn't want to leave!

Good value, mainly for party people

Clean and well equipped apartment specially suitable for party tourists. If you want to sleep you are provided with ear-plugs but they sometimes just is not enough. The 3 nights we stayed (Sat, Sun, Mon) the music and screaming in the street never stopped before 3 AM. However, if you can sleep under this conditions, you have a good location near Old town and other sights.

Lägenheten var i väldigt fint skick och mer välstädat än något hotell jag bott på. Låt dig inte avskräcka av den lite slitna trappuppgången och vaniljdoften från håliväggenrestaurangen på bottenplan. Jättemysigt att komma ut direkt på gatan från lägenheten. Inget för den som har svårt att bära sitt bagage då lägenheten låg på plan 3 (6 trappor upp) Absolut prisvärd och inget ljud varken från gata eller grannar.

Convenient cozy apartment in the heart of the city

The host was very kind and gave all the instructions needed to get to the apartment from the airport. The apartment was clean, cozy and new. There is a big TV and a window with nice view to one of the old squares. The location is amazing, you can visit the old and new town, and then have a rest at the apartment because it is very close. There is a pub downstairs and a few restaurants, but we didn't have problems with the noise.

Cozy room and excellent location

Landlady is very friendly and helpful. She arranged taxi for us. Room size is just right and it is a cozy stuido. Room is warm, clean and quiet even it is at the main street. It just takes few minutes to the main tourist spots and many restaurants nearby.

Excellent studio apartment with good facilities

I stayed at the apartment over a weekend and it's a perfect location for the old town. There are a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants next to the apartment, although I heard no noise from these. It felt a very safe area to walk around at all times, in fact the whole city was good for walking. The apartment has plenty of space, is very comfortable, clean and modern in facilities and decoration. It was very welcoming and check in/out was very flexible and easily arranged.
