Our room floor was sticky. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was no one at the front desk on Sunday until after 10:30am, checkout was at 11am, so we could not get any kind of help. We needed clean towels and the WIFI was not working. The staff that checked us in was very kind & helpful. However, they left shortly after I checked.

It does not look anything like the pictures and there was nobody's to ✔️ in at the front desk. We had to call the person working and wait because it was after 10pm. However the staff there was amazing and helpful once they came out. When we got to the room the bed was made but there was dirt and hair all over the fitted sheet when we pulled back the cover and the bathroom needed scrubbed and sanitized.

There was no ice machine in the building. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Hard and lumpy. The room was just not comfortable. Hard chairs, no decor, very dated. I would not stay here for an extended time.

HORRIBLE no one should ever book at this hotel there are roaches there i couldnt get a proper clean towel and the people in the front kept telling me i stayed for 7 days when my booking was for 9 i literally left due to the frustration because I will choke someone… its dirty and it stinks in theis hotel
