We super enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach are great . The dining options were awesome. The cleanliness and service were super. The TV remote control could do with an upgrade since its not very responsive and a little of a process to navigate channles but it did not take away anything away from our enjoyment and overall we had a great time. Cleanliness of the room, timely check-in. We were told our room right be ready at 12pm so we went on an excursion and came back at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 3pm. I ordered room service and my food order never arrived. Maybe more to showcase the amenities. The transportation was very expensive The staff are really great, very kind and friendly.

The hotel is very clean and the food is tasty. We like the pool area and the beach area. The staff is very friendly, when we need anything it was solved immediately. The service is way beyond my expectations. I certainly recommend it! An additional note: This was our first trip to Egypt. We also attended to the daily tours to Cairo and Ras Mohamed National Park. Based on our experience Egypt is safe.

Nice but slow internet

Very nice hôtel, large swimming pool, very clean, incredible food, very nice staff and room quite ok. But the wifi is very slow, impossible to watch videos or work remotely, if I had known this before I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. And Russian is now the hotel's official language, due to the fact that 90% of guests speak only this.
