Looks are deceiving

The apartment has been done up to look very modern, but it can't hide that there is a very old building underneath. The place is quite noisy, taking a warm shower audibly strained the water supply and the stairs up are steep and narrow (avoid it if you have heavy luggage or are of weaker health, seriously). While the location is fantastic, and the staff friendly, this apartment really isn't worth the money.

Accueil deplorable

La personne du bar la maison du Peket qui etait chargée de nous accueillir a été odieuse. A mon arrivée au lieu de dire bonjour, elle a soufflé et continué son service en disant qu elle était débordée ! Elle a discute avec des clients en terrasse puis rempli des bacs de sirop en m ignorant. Dur accueil après 8h de route....

Perfect apartment in the historic center: well furnished with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning and an amazing rooftop. The establishment has its own restaurant in a typical atmosphere. The food was excellent! We recommend the place because we'll come back.

Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement! Appartement très spacieux, d’une parfaite propreté, on ne peut mieux équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien et le personnel était attentionné. Above busy bar, no lift.

We found the flat quite impractical for a family with lots of luggage, because it could only be reached via steep staircase with no lift. The location is central right next to hotel de ville, but the flat itself is above a busy bar and we were not too happy with that either.

Superbe et très bien situé

Excellent Appart-hôtel, parfaitement bien situé en centre-ville (mais au calme à part peut-être certains samedis soir où l'on entend, de manière très diffuse, les basses du Karaoké à proximité). Son seul défaut, si c'en est un, c'est de ne pas avoir d'ascenseur (j'ai compté 60 marches jusqu'au troisième). Tout le reste est parfait ! Très lumineux possédant beaucoup d'espaces (2 chambres et un immense salon-salle à manger-cuisine), il est parfaitement bien équipé pour y passer une nuit ou un mois complet. On se croirait presque chez soi. L'accueil est formidable (il faut récupérer les clés, juste au pied de l'immeuble, à la brasserie située à gauche de son entrée). Les loueurs sont souriants, aimables, de bon conseil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Proche des commerces et des moyens de transport (dont on peut presque se passer car tout est relativement concentré sur une zone que l'on peut faire à pied pour un marcheur moyen), c'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la vieille ville et ses abords. Nous y avons passé un très agréable week-end ! Si je reviens à Liège, je saurais où aller....

Top floor 2 bed apartment

The 77 steps to our top floor apartment were hard work carrying our luggage. Apartment is OK, soft seating not comfortable and inadequate for four. Weather didn't allow us to use the terrace much but should be noted that access to it is through one of the bedrooms. Facilities were good - washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, air con. Decent shower too

Enastående fin lägenhet.

Superfin stor lägenhet, modernt o snyggt inrett. Rent och fräscht. Vi trivdes verkligen. Väldigt prisvärt. Centralt läge med fin utsikt över staden, lite svårt dock att hitta parkeringsplats om man som vi kommer med bil. Finns ingen reception så man fick hämta nyckeln i en bar, funkar bra. Vi kom dock lite sent på kvällen så barnen tyckte det var lite jobbigt att sitta o vänta i en bar. Rekommendera verkligen.

Cœur de Liège très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, confortable, bien équipé : ingrédients de base pour la cuisine, sel, poivre, huile, produits ménagers Bâtisse ancienne avec beaucoup de charme. En revanche la localisation près des arrêts de bus et des cafés rend le logement bruyant mais c'est le prix à payer lorsque l'on veut être en plein centre de la vie liégeoise. La deuxième chambre qui donne sur l'arrière elle est très calme. Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Ne pas hésiter à demander les bonnes adresses du quartier.
