Amazing!

The hotels, beautiful, the service was excellent, the rooms are very spacious, AC and Wi-Fi working perfectly fine, it’s right by the highway towards Veracruz so it’s very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and affordable.

In general it’s a good hotel. The staff is gentle. Negative points: the pool water is cold as well as the “hot tube”. We chose the hotel for the hot tube but couldn’t ever use it. When we tried to use the sauna it was cold s well. We mentioned these problems a few times to the staff without success. Finally, the price of the breakfast is not the one advertised on Expedia. Instead of 200 MX per person, we payed up to 280 MX depending on the day. Regular price was 230 MX. Again, complaining to the hotel did not help.

COLD “Hot Tub” - the pool was actually warmer! It was very disappointing since it was the main reason I booked it. Arrived after 12 hour day of driving. Booking came with two free drinks, but we were charged for them. They took them off the bill, but c’mon… Hotel and room were nice, with secure parking.
