Happy with the Holiday Inn

We had an absolutely amazing visit to Bethany, Oklahoma and an even better stay at this Holiday Inn. All of the staff at this hotel were kind, accommodating, and efficient. The facility itself is nicely appointed and in wonderful condition. There is ample parking and the included breakfast was filling and well appointed. We have not a single complaint about this Holiday Inn and would highly recommend it.

Okay for the price.

Short staffed over Christmas holidays. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no hair dryer in the room. The morning we left , we had breakfast, but the sausage gravy was cold and there was no pancake mix in the machine. Ice machine didn't work. Also the Hotel sign out front was not lighted.

The property is worn down and quite honestly falling apart. The staff did their best to address our issues (non working keys, dirty linens, broken AC). They rewashed the duvet and moved us to a room with working AC. The owner is obviously not investing in this property and it's just a matter of time before it closes. The coffee was good and the staff did their best but it was a rough experience.

Disaster

This hotel is not long for this world. There is literally no staff other than front desk personnel. They did their best but between dirty rooms and bed linens, non-working air conditioners, broken elevators and curdled milk in the refrigerator in the breakfast area, our stay was pretty much a disaster. We would have changed hotels but it was too much work for a 2-night stay. They are under staffed and the property is literally falling apart. Very sad.

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t a bad stay it just didn’t look clean. The hotel itself felt very outdated. We felt like the bed sheets weren’t clean enough we also did see a few bugs in our room. The ac didn’t seem to be cold enough and made the room feel humid. Breakfast wasn’t the best either it just looked very rock hard and some didn’t have a good taste we just stuck with bagels and cereal. The pool area we tried to enjoy but too many kids were diving into the pool and it just felt very chaotic. Staff was very nice and always gave us whatever we needed for our stay.

The elevator is not functional. Had to change from a King suite to a king standard. The carpet was stained and not clean. The tile in the bathroom felt clean. When we asked for towels we had to go back to the room get our dirty towels and “trade” them out. The staff at the front desk was nice Appearently, the elevator has been out a while. There were elderly people struggling with the stairs.
