Beautiful apartment - will go back and recommend!
We stayed at west lucaya village for one week while visiting Disney's parks and our overall experience was positive, I just wish the communication with the company renting the apartment was a little better. The process after booking is VERY confusing and at a certain point I was nervous and afraid that I would lose my money and wouldn't have a place to stay... it was very hard to get in touch with someone to understand how would the check in work. After booking with hotels.com the only information I had was a confirmation number and a note advising "There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation" and I was ONLY able to get in touch with someone one day before traveling, after many calls and voice mails that were left unanswered!
A few hours before checking in I was provided with all necessary access codes to get in the gates and the apartment door (wifi didn't work!)
The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We had a chance to use the pool and jacuzzi as well as the play room and our son loved it.
The kitchen was completed with all necessary utensils which were very helpful for a quick breakfast or even cook some pasta!
We didn't use it but we had access to the washer and dryer machines. (Note, there is no housekeeping)
Now that I understand the check in process I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
