Checking in was quick and easy. However. There is no signage that this is the correct hotel. When we pulled up to the room there was a man slumped over in his car with the door open. The whole ambiance is sketchy. The room was clean but once we turned the tv off we couldn’t get it to work anymore. Tried calling the office and there was no answer. The ac is super squeaky.

Room reeked of cigarettes. Mirror smashed. Cockroaches in the bathroom coming out at night near the beds. Homeless people beating on the door several times. Grey dirt footprints on my room door from vagrants kicking it. Swimming pool on south side of Hotel filled with dirt and topped with rocks. A couple of units being remodeled: plaster, sinks and debris thrown off second floor level into the parking lot - not removed. This is a really bad neighborhood. Even the Denny's Restaurant next door is getting that run down look. This is the worst hotel room I have ever seen. The Staff was nice! I will never stay here or in this area ever again. The Vacation Inn, north across Thomas Ave is now apartments - but the neighborhood is 3rd world. Former La Quinta is now this Motel Six and it is a war zone.

This place was absolutely disgusting. No clean towels until after 12 noon. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The room door would not completely shut. The sink in the room was not attached to the countertop. The sink was also clogged. This place was a complete disaster. We checked out immediately.
