I am very disappointed with my experience during my stay. The breakfast was extremely limited and did not meet expectations. In addition, the staff was not attentive to guests, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming and poorly managed. There were also several issues with the condition and upkeep of my room. My room ran out of toilet tissue on two separate occasions, which should not happen during a guest’s stay. I was also informed that room service had to be specifically requested rather than routinely provided, and despite staying multiple days, clean sheets were never provided throughout my stay. I chose your property expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately the level of service and accommodations fell far below what was expected. Due to the multiple service failures during my stay, I would appreciate your review of this matter and consideration of an appropriate resolution or compensation.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious and had everything i needed. One small improvement would be for the reception staff to explain you need to say before 8pm if you need your room cleaning the next day. Other than that it was quiet and i would recommebd this for a short stay in Colombus

The front desk lady was so, so nice. She was always so friendly when arriving or departing. You could find her cleaning and the lobby always smelled fresh and clean. I even checked out and realized a forgot something and she put me on hold to personally go check my room and retrieve the item I left. Would def stay there again. The area seemed safe as well.
