It was fun to stay at a dorm. I'm eligible for senior discounts and I had never stayed in a dorm before. Everyone should do it at least once!

Simple, Basic, Clean - No Frills

Basic, simple, clean rooms with coed washrooms and showers. All could use an upgrade with a bit of fresh paint and some modernization (especially the showers)

A great budget friendly option. Clean and basic. We were only there to sleep as we had a busy weekend off-property. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Checking out we just left the key in the room as directed. Cosmetically, shower stalls didn't looking very appealing, however the water pressure was amazing!

Only one chair in a room for two people. Coed shared bathrooms not good for retirees. Soft beds.

This was an older residence which needs a lot of maintenance. The wash rooms were uni sex which could be uncomfortable for some people.

It was very quiet, was able to relax easily. Did not like - how high the beds where from the ground. Would have liked if there was an option for a stool to help get into the bed. I am short and I was hurt recently (after I had booked), so was having trouble climbing into the bed.

The residence is old and run down. They placed us in a room right beside other noisy occupants. They could/should have spaced us out more to avoid disturbing each other. Would not stay here again.

This was the first place I have ever stayed with gender-neutral washrooms and shower facilities. In both spaces, the toilets and showers are individual stalls, but the partitions are not floor-to-ceiling. While I didn't encounter any issues in these spaces, this may concern some, and the listing should reflect that.

Pro - It had lovely walking trails nearby that were easy to get to. Fans were provided. Con - was unsure is access to the meal hall was included and was to shy to ask. Beds were also hard and high and awkward to get into. Almost needed to ask for a stool.

I recommend it.

I came expecting to stay a week and ended up staying six weeks. It had all the basics, was clean and quiet and is nicely located. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
