The property received the ratings I gave because of an injury sustained by my grandson in room 418. HOWEVER, the manager reached out to me and checked on my grandson, adjusted my bill and said he would have ALL rooms checked for safety in the area where my grandson was injured. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this facility to friends and family.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The rooms are pretty large and it was very clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable and it was very quiet. The only issue was the hot water. We were lucky to get it very warm for baths and showers.

Everything was great...very little parking right at the hotel if you are late coming in. Hotel is very clean and presentable. Morning breakfast is good but busy! Would highly recommend this for stays in this area.
