Small, quite, safe, and clean. Friendly staff. Sweet little mom and pop motel with furniture like you find in an old country house, and my room had a full kitchenette that was all nice and clean.

The managers were amazing! They were so busy with departures, but took the time to help us get in a little early so we could get to our grandson's graduation on time!

We were just passing through, so don't know much about the local area. Norwood Inn was great for a one-night stay; clean, comfortable and welcoming. Only complaint- the shower space was small and we weren't able to adjust the shower head.

Small town, but would definitely recommend

My friends and I stopped here on our way back to KS from a hiking trip in Utah. Great price and service. Not much to the town but a great place to stay for the night.

Very nice independent motel with outstanding staff. Close to the spectacular Route 141 but cheaper than places in nearby Gateway and Monticello. My room had a second bed and a kitchen box (with stove, plates and utensils). Not very modern but clean and comfortable. Good WiFi and probably the widest selection of TV channels I have ever seen in a hotel. There is a nice supermarket right next door. The hotel manager went well out of her way to help with a laptop charger that was left behind.

They were nice enough to upgrade us from a double to king bed. Left the door to the room open with the key inside.

Bait and switch!

We booked this hotel but were sent to the Hotel Norwood across the street, which was totally decrepit. We left after 1 night but were charged for 3 nights. Don't fall victim to their bait and switch tactics like we did!

A little slice of Paradise.

We traveled through the mountain roads, enjoying the majestic veiws. The we emerged into a large flat area, It was a beautiful green valley, with visible mountains all around. We drove further, wishing we could stay, when we found the nicest little town, Norwood, CO. Amazingly, there was motel. We checked in right away. We, and several other guests, were invited to a cookout, by the nicest gentleman, Darren. We all made contributions and had a wonderful dinner. He told us he was renting a room in the original part of the hotel. He gave us a tour.of the building, built in the 1800's. The location, the friendly, people, the hotel itself were all outstanding. It was one of the best memories of a great trip. I will surely return as soon as I can.
