Elegant hotel a few minutes walk from the center of La Laguna. Very reasonable priced. Beautiful pool and roof deck, first-floor bar, good restaurant. Wish we had stayed here longer rather than in Santa Cruz.

Very high end, great employees, wonderful atmosphere, quite, clean, rooftop and pool is really beautiful, room are spacious and have everything you need for your stay, beds and pillows very comfortable. Thx rooms and towels smell delicious, very must tastefully decorated, the left no details out. The town is beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Nice stuff, big and clean rooms, super quiet area, right in the middle of the historic center, close to a lot of restaurants. Free parking right next to the hotel, which can get busy but the hotel also has its own parking, so not a problem. If you want to visit La Laguna and travel around Tenerife, is a very good choice (specially if you arrive to the airport in the north, it's only 15 min from the hotel).

Very spacious room. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in hotel restaurant on full board basis was superb. Lunch and dinner every day was a joy. Reception/bar area was relaxing and comfortable. Hotel is perfectly situated for access to the beautiful old town of La Laguna. There is a nearby tram to Santa Cruz which is cheap and efficient. I think this hotel was a bargain for the all round excellence of my stay.

Lovely hotel. Loud at bedtime on a weekend as they host gatherings/ weddings and the windows don’t block the noise when closed. Bring ear plugs if this would bother you. Everything else was excellent!

Mixed review.

On the 😔 side: The executive suite we reserved and paid for was nothing like the photos in the Hotels.com and the hotel’s website. And it did not have a patio, as promised in the hotels.com, and it looked out on a wall, as they said all the executive rooms do. So we moved to a lower priced room (with no reimbursement) just to have a better room. That room was in an older part of the hotel, with inefficient AC and mold in the shower. Hot tub was not very hot. On the ☺️ side, it is in a great location (wonderful wine tasting and Asian restaurant next door), wonderful lobby, great breakfast (for a price), and coffee bar.

Très bel hôtel avec un charme fou grâce à la partie « ancienne » décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soins. Piscine et jacuzzi sur le toit terrasse très agréable. Possibilité de demi-pension très pratique après une journée de visites. Problème avec la chambre qui a pu être réglé grâce a l’aimable intervention du manager.

Struttura davvero molto bella e curata, specialmente negli spazi comuni (lounge, ristoranti,bar,...). Il personale è gentile e, per quanto riguarda la nostra esperienza, molto disponibile. Le camere "base" sono un po' grezze e andrebbero rimodernate, però sono molto spaziose. Ho solo due commenti negativi da fare Non ci sono in camera né un bollitore, ne una macchina per il caffè. Soltanto mezzo litro d'acqua una tantum del minibar (in una camera doppia di un 4 stelle almeno 2 bottigliette al giorno ci vanno). I servizi inclusi nel prezzo sono un po' trascurati, come la piscina che dispone di una decina di lettini e 5 ombrelloni (di cui uno guasto) e la terrazza, che dopo una festa di matrimonio al sabato è rimasta inagibile e sporca per tutto il giorno successivo. Comunque sia, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Las vistas desde la piscina un atardecer con nubes en la costa norte de Tenerife no hay que perdérsela. El patio de la recepción es un sitio perfecto para relajarse con una copa.
