Amazing Stay at Kayra Hotel. Professional, kind-hearted personnel, with all facilities which I required. Generous, understanding. Turkish hospitality at the top. It is very near to city buzz with all access to restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Very dirty , terrible. No refg, no water , no sheet no tissue no glass ... . All floor , sheets , pillow ,... Towels were dirty with a lot of hairs every where.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. There were cigarette butts, the room wasn’t clean at all. The hair dryer didn’t work. And the smell… we couldn’t sleep because of it. The breakfast was terrible, it seemed like they gave us yesterday’s food. In one word, the worst hotel in all meanings.

Old hotel with no improvments, old white curtains full of dust and dirty, problems with the bathroom as the sink was leaking and the closet had the water closed- ..the pictures don't reflect the reality!!

TERRIBLE-HORRIBLE-DIRTY

I actually couldn’t stay as the room was terrible. I found it dirty with hairs on the pillow and upon my complain, I was asked to relocate to another room which was another disaster. Same hairy pillows and messy room like a warehouse. I left the hotel and was told to have a refund which never happened. Hotels.com told me they will take a look into case but they also never got back to my.

Bazı seyehatlerde aman ne olacak gece girip sabah çıkacağız sadece dersiniz ya buraya onun için bile gitmeyin. Bildiğiniz inşaat halindeki ve bildiğiniz takır tukur tadilat yapılan odaları hiç çekinmeden ücreti neyse o şeklinde veriyorlar sabah 9 da uyandırma servisleride var siz talep etmeseniz de matkap çekiç sesi ile uyanıyorsunuz hemde hafta sonu tadilatı da oteli daha güzel daha modern hale getirmek için yaptıklarını da sanmayın muhtemelen otel tamamen dökülmesin diye hijyene gelecek olursak yolu buraya hiç düşmemiş eşimle yanımızda havlu nevresim vs getirmediğimiz için çok pişman olduk yastıklara tshirt giydirip yattık havlular bildiğiniz kokuyor bildiğiniz yıkanmış mı yıkanmamış mı şüphe duyduk banyoda yerlerdeki kıllar tüyler rahatsız bile etmedi artık bakın benim otelle sahipleriyle problemim yok tanımam etmem ve biz buraya ailemiz ile lüks beklentiler içinde değil işimizi görsün yeter diye gittik ama beterin beteri varmış kahvaltı nasıldı bilmiyorum inmeye gerek duymadım bile iftiraya girmesini istemem öyle birşey olacağını da hiç sanmıyorum hizmet kötü de olsa tabi ama önceki kalan insanlar prizlere peçete sokmuş kamera vardır diye boşa evham etmişler o kadar da değil diyemedim maalesef övülecek hiç mi birşey yok evet yok odadaki klima çalışıyor diye mutlu olduk öyle diyeyim
