For a budget friendly travel this hotel was the right pick. From arrival to departure their customer service was good. The pool was relaxing, the room was very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. I would definitely recommend them if you're staying in Panama for less than a week or if you're looking an economical hotel. The hotel is close to stores, train station and restaurants.

Staff was great! Location was Great! We had the 8th floor room above the pool area and the view of the city scape was incredible. The hotel is nice overall and the rooms are nice (especially the bathrooms) however the noise level from the hotel’s own restaurant is ridiculous. loud music until 4am despite being in the room “that I wouldn’t hear anything” hotels should allow for sleeping and to tell us upon check in when we have no other option isn’t helpful. front desk and valet staff were very nice

The hotel was decent however breakfast was very limited, first come first serve and not many options. The pool and jacuzzi could have been cleaned more often we barely got to use those amenities because of how filthy it was. The couch in our room was broken so we avoided using the seating area in or suite. Overall nice vibe most of the staff was friendly. Quiet area, older crowd, hotel amenities could be better but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
