It’s a freaking castle

It was a great place for peace & quiet. Beautiful old building, so expect old building issues. Don’t come here if you’re looking for mod cons & all inclusive. Come here for a unique experience

Villa storica circondata da splendido giardino all'entrata due platani secolari sembrano rappresentare una porta nel tempo personale gentilissimo giardino curatissimo estremamente pulita tutta la struttura arredamento storico pet friendly un pochino scomodo ma caratteristico il bagno privato fuori dalla camera spero di tornare presto

Camera con letti (lettini veramente) separati. Siamo entrati e c'era un forte odore, purtroppo non ci siamo accorti subito della ragione. solo in seguito abbiamo trovato il "regalo" che un gatto aveva lasciato sul tappet. abbiamo chiesto di pulire, cosa che puntualmente e' stata fatta, ma solo nel mezzo metro incriminato. bagno strettissimo (lo stesso della foto di un altro cliente) e doccia sistemata alla meno peggio. colazione imbarazzante la struttura e' bella, cosi' come la location

B&B deludente

Avevamo prenotazione, gia’ pagata, per stanza QUADRUPLA CLASSIC, DUE CAMERE DA LETTO ed all’arrivo ci è stata assegnata piccola stanza doppia, con due piccoli letti singoli ed un bagno indecoroso (difficile il passaggio attraverso una strettoia fra lavandino e water). Il proprietario, al quale ho fatto presente che non era aderente alla prenotazione la stanza assegnata, mi ha invitato ad “ANDARMENE CHE NON AVEVA BISOGNO DEI MIEI SOLDI”. Colazione essenziale. Il contesto in cui è situata Villa Albertina e la struttura sono belli, ma la camera, il bagno e la colazione non sono nello standard presentato. In particolare l’accoglienza del proprietario è assolutamente da censurare. Avremmo accettato meglio il cambio di camera se si fosse scusato di aver assegnato la stanza, da noi prenotata e pagata, ad altri

O lugar é uma pequena vila italiana, um pouco afastada da nada moviementada cidadezinha, e pertence à mesma família há uns 200 anos. O casal proprietário cuida de todos os detalhes com muito carinho e dá todas as informações necessárias para se aproveitar a região. Tudo é bem simples, mas com bastante originalidade.
