The location was wonderful. However, they fail to mention that you have to arrive before 7pm to pick up keys at their office which is a ten minute drive from the actual apartment. If it’s possible you may arrive after 7pm they make you pay. I don’t know what would have happened if our flight was very delayed. Would we have even been able to access the apartment that night? We asked for a few extra pillows as there were 4 of us and only 4 pillows. They never even responded. There was also construction on the roof and with jet lag, we woke up to jack hammering right above us. Not a great experience at all.

One of the bathrooms has a very strong moldy smell and there is visible black mold in certain areas. This is very unhealthy! The communication regarding how to retrieve the keys was unclear. While we could have been more aware, in many places, entering a code directly opens the door. The instructions could be clearer by explaining that the code is used to open the box with a beep sound, where the keys can be found inside. There was no laundry powder provided, and the kitchen paper towels were very limited. However, the bedding and towels were clean and in good condition, which we appreciated! The lights in the bunk bedroom could be brighter, as they feel quite dim. On a positive note, the collection of books available to read is amazing, even though we spent most of our time outside. Overall, the price is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and cleaning standards.

Convenient location but no A/C in main bedroom

Good location with supermarket across the street and cafes, restaurants nearby. Walking distance to most sights. Excellent for families with two full bathrooms. Beware….lots of mosquitoes

CERO en Atención al Cliente de Italianway!

No hay servicio al cliente. No se dieron instrucciones adecuadas para obtener las llaves, la gente de Italianway no contestaba al tener problemas de checkin. Se tuvo que apiadar la dueña del inmueble al recibir noticias de un problema por el portero y ella tuvo que abrir la propiedad sin poder dar llaves. Definitivamente un CERO de atención al cliente de Italianway que es una inmobiliaria porque no contestan en la noche y dejan en un estado de dificultad al cliente. Por falta de ayuda de la inmobiliaria Italianway los moscos picaron a mis hijos en frente de la propiedad al no poder accesar a esta.
