This hotel was amazing, with excellent staff and outstanding service. The team was always friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the stay very comfortable. I really appreciated the free coffee and tea available throughout the day. The open buffet breakfast was also a big plus, especially since it opens early (around 4 AM), which is perfect for travelers with early flights or schedules. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a free shuttle service to the airport. That would make the experience even more convenient and complete. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Really helpful and friendly staff. No gym - boo. The restaurant: simply the best food you will EVER have at a hotel of this level, and better than you will get at most 4+ star hotels too. Beef pizza, gyoza, club sandwich, goats cheese salad, draught beer. Just excellent. Very handy for the airport, bit of a drive into town. Rooms as expected for this level: everything worked, it was all clean. Highly recommend.

The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Estella who went out of her way to always greet us and provide assistance to us in navigating our stay and our tourist ventures. The on site restaurant had great choices and very good pricing.

After a month travelling in Spain, this was by far one of our favourite hotels! A warm welcome at reception, an excellent supper, cheerful bar staff, a clean and comfortable room (with a beautiful bathtub!). The breakfast buffet was sensational, and the service staff were gracious and kind. Add to that an excellent location, and this hotel cannot be beat. Truly five star experience!
