The apartment was wonderful—clean, comfortable beds, a great location with nearby grocery and ability to reach many POI with 15-30 minutes of walking, ample room to hang-out, well-equipped kitchen to cook and not have to eat all meals out. Only negative, and reason for 4 stars vs 5–the microwave and coffee maker didn’t work, but the Homing staff were attentive and came by to check it out.

Great location and space, however host communication was non-existent when trying to resolve issues. If you want to have a group stay in Lisbon with non-functional heat, coffee maker, microwave and oven go ahead. Multiple messages to host went unanswered and no instructions/welcome package on how to use amenities. Will NOT stay here again.

Spacious apartment with main amenities. Close to the river and in a calm neighborhood. May not be quiet most of the time due to the tram passage just below the windows. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment and the lack of coffee machine and some equipment. I would have expected other services to be included in the rental as described in the rental company descriptive. Overall an acceptable experience

Nice apartment but not looked after.

The apartment is situated in the very busy street with tram running just under the windows, very noisy. In addition boiler did not work properly from the start, and died on us very soon. We had no hot water. Coffee machine was not working and building front door was broken. This tells us that nobody checked the condition of the apartment before our stay. We did not have time to wait for service people to come and repair the boiler so we were told that it was our fault that we did not have hot water. Nice apartment but not looked after.

Non mi Ú piaciuto niente, ci sono stati tanti problemi. Arrivati in casa abbiamo dovuto chiamare homing perché mancavano tutti gli asciugamani, le federe dei cuscini alcune lenzuola che ci hanno portato dopo circa un'ora. Nei bagni quasi tutti gli scarichi erano otturati. L'appartamento Ú vecchissimo e tenuto male.
