Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was nice. I do think there should be a safe in the rooms for valuables. Thought that was standard so thats disappointing. There also could be a few minor upgrades done to drawer knobs and cleaning around floor trim. Otherwise it was a good value for the money and close to food and shopping.

Great staff who made our stay easy

Check in during a busy soccer tournament weekend was flawless. Staff from top to bottom were helpful, polite, and responsive to requests. Building needs some deep cleaning and updates— our room smelled like mold. Kids enjoyed the pool and there were always ample towels. Breakfast was made early one day to accommodate our team’s schedule. Staff A+

Rooms have great equipment. Clean. No hairdryer. Unexpected to have regular fridge, table top stove, dishwasher. Breakfast was only adequate. Bacon very undercooked and nowhere to cook it. Powdered egg. More toast choices would be better. Great tv choices.

Clean and great service

Gretchen the host/checkin associate was amazing! She welcomed us with hot coffee and her crew members delivered hands down on a clean room and facility! Will definitely return. Breakfast was 10 stars! The breakfast cook was friendly and cooked some really good food!

Horrible hotel

Hotel bathroom was filthy. Dispensers were not full. Visible mold on shower walls and bathroom ceiling. This was room 230. I addressed it with front desk. After waiting for him to finish eating his chips, I explained the situation and all he could say was I’m sorry. As a Marriott member for over ten years, this was the worse property I have stayed in. As a travel agency owner I was there to scout property for groups . I cannot recommend this. I let the front desk know I was there to check out property for groups. Very non chalant. Don’t waste your money

A neighboring guest was yelling at 1:30 am. Not the hotel's fault. That was the only issue I had. The hotel staff was extremely nice.

I had a pill and a sock under my bed. The toilet is very loud when you flush. Two big holes in my curtain. The knobs on the cabinets were all loose. Shower curtain was dirty. Elevator by my room was out of service so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get on the elevator. Guest above me was very loud. TV kept pausing. No body mirrors. And the plugs don’t hold your charger cord in.

I liked the kitchen in the room. What I didn’t like is the door lock in the bathroom was broken, the sink faucet handle was loose also and the gap on the main door was so high, I think it was an inch or more open under that door. Hopefully they return my $50 deposit in my card.

Friendly and Clean

Stayed as we where passing through Harrisburg. Front Desk help was very friendly and personable. Additionally, when I stay somewhere, I take my Lysol wipes and wipe down the place, including the bathroom floor. This bathroom floor was CLEAN. Normally you get all sorts of stuff. Not here. I would stay again.
