Watch out for the fees.

this was a really cute place at a great value. It was close to Eagle as described. upon checking in there was a long rental agreement and extra fees posted on the door for this and that. Well one of us made a joke about the extra fees and that is how they make all of their money. It happened to our group. Accused us of smoking when no one smokes. huge fee. Tried to talk to management twice about this and was told first that they are only in x day of the week. talked to two people and still never got a call back. The fees for this was half of the rental cost and no one would in management would event talk to me about this. I would avoid renting this place due to the poor communication and lack of ownership they provide.

Our room was clean and high-end we were able to stay comfortably in our condominium and using the amenities was easy and the kids had a wonderful time
