You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 250.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January to 31 March, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 4 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 4 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 30 November, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 4 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 December to 31 December, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 4 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 80.00 per accommodation, per stay.
• Electricity fee: EUR 1 per night for use per kWh.
• Heating fee: EUR 1.50 per stay for use over 11 kWh.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Late check-in fee for check-in between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay
• Air conditioning is available for an additional fee
