We decided to stay another night at the last minute and it was such an easy transition. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. We had to move rooms as the one we were staying in was booked already, but they had our new room ready to move our things to, before we even left the hotel for our activities.

Really nice hotel with a great workout room and pool, 5'1 ft is the deepest. Breakfast was really good, with a diy waffle maker and biscuits and gravy. The sraff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and lobby area. Overall pleased. We visit this hotel often.

The room was beautiful. And as far as staff if I could give the 10 stars I would . The girl on the day at the front desk was such a sweetheart So unbelievably helpful pleasant and just a wonderful person. The young man in the evening was the same . I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit KU

The hotel was packed the whole time we were there, but the staff kept up with every need we had. Breakfast was better than most, with cold options and hot options. Some things ran out a couple days we were there, but with as many people that there were, I understand. We added an extra night last minute and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Both of our rooms were clean and we had no issues with them. The pool area was clean and full of kids every time we went down, which was awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The kids had a great time and that matters the most to us when we stay somewhere.
